The path

Seven seasons of one growing year

This is not a checklist. Each season lasts about seven and a half weeks and asks something different of you — and the herbs, quotes and prompts shift with it.

  1. 01

    Awareness

    Days 1–52

Notice the soil you're standing in.

Before anything grows, it is seen. These weeks are for gentle noticing — your rhythms, your cravings, the moments you shrink and the moments you open.

  2. 02

    Intention

    Days 53–104

    Name what you are planting.

Awareness becomes direction. You choose a few living intentions and let them take root in language before they take root in habit.

  3. 03

    Action

    Days 105–156

Put your hands in the dirt.

Small, tender, repeatable movements. Brew the tea. Take the walk. Write the sentence. Nothing heroic — only real.

  4. 04

    Consistency

    Days 157–208

Return, even on the grey days.

This is where the garden decides to trust you. Returning matters more than performing, and missing a day is part of the practice.

  5. 05

    Growth

    Days 209–260

    Let the change be visible.

You begin to notice new leaves — steadier moods, clearer boundaries, a body that speaks and is heard.

  6. 06

    Alignment

    Days 261–312

Bring your life and your values into one room.

Growth without alignment is just motion. Here you prune what no longer belongs and let the rest have more light.

  7. 07

    Self-Actualization

    Days 313–365

    Bloom as your whole self.

Not arrival — authorship. You tend yourself now without instruction, and you become the guide you were looking for.
